Palma Caves in Mallorca

The Palma caves are a truely awe-inspiring site for all divers! You swim along the wall before entering the first cave, a small cave with smooth worn-away walls. Then you swim along to the enterance of the second cave which leads you into the most magnificant cave that you can actually surface inside. The water is calm and the silence eludes absolute tranquility. When you point your dive lights up, you could sit for hours (air permitting!) admiring the dramatic Cathedral-like interior of the cave.

Alongside this cave is another equally dramatic cave where, thanks a noticable thermocline, you can sit in the bath-warm water on a small shelf and admire the scenery around you! There are some little shrimps, sea-beams, wrasse and if you're lucky even sea-horses in the cave enterance!

This is a truely spectacular dive for all levels and it's shallows depths make it an excellent second dive after exploring the Palma wrecks -a popular choice with guests and staff alike!!
