The NEW Suunto D4 Computer

The new Suunto D4 is an excellent full-decompression wrist diving computer. This highly accurate dive computer is programmed to sample the depth 3 times a second with both air and NITROX mode, free-dive and watch functions.
It has a clear, easy-to-read display showing your current and maximum depth, dive time, decompression time, temperature and current time with screen illumination. Whilst on the surface you can access all your diving information in the logbook, your surface interval time and no-fly time.
You can program your own audible and visual alarms to ensure your safety and warn when you begin your descent. The Suunto D4 accurately calculates your decompression time using the Suunto RGBM algorithm. It also allows you to choose between taking a traditional safety stop at 5 metres or taking safety stops at depth when you acticvate the Deep Stops feature.
The Suunto D4 has innovative freedive functions and dedicated freedive mode making it a perfect choice for both scuba divers and breath-hold diving.
In Nitrox mode, you can increase your time underwater by adjusting the oxygen content of your gas between 21% and 50% and adjust your PO2 limit between 0.5 and 1.6 bar.
The Suunto D4 allows you to plan your dives using the no-stop-time planner by entering the maximum planned depth and the Suunto D4 will calculate how long you can dive before needing a decompression stop. it is compatible with the optional Suunto Dive Manager PC software allowing you in-depth analysis of all your dives including a graphical profile.
